Crab Cake Sliders with Dijon Roasted Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

4 Signature Crab Cake Minis
2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
4 slices sweet pickles
4 mini burger buns
1 oz. Dijon roasted garlic aioli
Lettuce, shredded

Dijon roasted garlic aioli:
1 head roasted garlic, cloves removed and peeled
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper


Preparation Instructions

  1. Puree garlic in a food processor. Add the mayonnaise and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Cook crab cakes according to package directions.
  3. Toast buns and spread with Dijon roasted garlic aioli.
  4. Place tomato, sweet pickle, lettuce and crab cake on bun.


Additional Instructions

Serve with chips or fries
