Salmon
Each 4 oz. portion of Phillips salmon is an excellent source of high quality protein,
as well as the minerals selenium and phosphorus. It is, also, an excellent source
of many B vitamins, including riboflavin, B2, Niacin and vitamin B6. Salmon is one
of the highest dietary sources of omega-3 fatty acids, containing over 1600 mg per
portion, and is one of the few fish that is rich in Vitamin D.
